4. AI & Automated Processing

Some features use automated processing and artificial intelligence to support matching, resume analysis, interview preparation, drafting assistance, and related workflows. These tools are designed to assist users—not to replace human judgment. Employers remain responsible for hiring decisions.

We process the information you submit to deliver these features and improve reliability and safety. We do not use your private profile content to train public models for unrelated purposes. For employer-facing privacy practices, see our Data Privacy & AI overview.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

  • Between Job Seekers and Employers when you apply, express interest, participate in interviews, or otherwise choose to share information through the platform.
  • With service providers who process information on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, payments, email and SMS delivery, customer support, and security vendors, under contractual obligations to protect your data.
  • For legal reasons to comply with laws, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users and the platform.
  • In connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

6. Email, Job Alerts & Marketing

We may send emails related to your account, applications, security, and service activity. With your consent or as otherwise permitted by law, we may also send job alerts and promotional emails about MedSales Network.

  • You can manage many email preferences in your account settings, including options to pause or unsubscribe from marketing messages.
  • Job alert emails may include unsubscribe or preference-management links tied to the specific alert or account.
  • Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send transactional or legally required messages about your account or use of the Services.

SMS practices are described in our Terms of Service.

7. Privacy Controls

  • You can update profile and account information in your dashboard settings.
  • Job Seeker contact details may remain private until you apply or otherwise choose to share them through the platform.
  • You may adjust matching, alert, email, and SMS preferences where available.
  • You may request account deletion as described below.

8. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand usage, measure performance, and improve the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Retention periods may vary based on account type, feature usage, and legal requirements. When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business needs (such as billing records or dispute resolution).

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit where appropriate. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults seeking or supporting professional employment. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. International Users

MedSales Network supports Job Seekers and Employers in the United States and Canada. If you access the Services from other regions, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

13. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update many details directly in your account settings.

Residents of certain U.S. states and Canadian provinces may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. To submit a privacy request, contact support@medsalesnetwork.global. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
