- Gross profit shortfall = (Expected revenue − Delivered revenue) × Gross margin.
- Account damage profit = Accounts × Revenue per account × Permanent loss % × Gross margin.
- Replacement cost = Recruiter fee + Training + Manager time.
- Exit cost = Severance / separation expense.
- All-in cost is summed and expressed as a multiple of annual comp.
