Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth across North America for our medical display and medical imaging solutions. This role combines channel development, strategic account management, and OEM business development with leading medical device manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow the North American market for medical displays and medical imaging solutions.
Identify, recruit, and manage distributor and channel partners across the region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Drive business development activities with leading medical device manufacturers headquartered in North America, as well as North American divisions of global medical technology companies.
Identify and develop new OEM/customization opportunities involving medical displays and human-machine interface (HMI) solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development through contract negotiation and project launch.
Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and headquarters teams to ensure customer success and project execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in medical device, medical imaging, healthcare IT, diagnostic equipment, display technology, or a related B2B technical sales environment.
Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
Comfortable engaging customers independently and managing a territory with minimal supervision.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical products and translate customer requirements into business opportunities.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America.
Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling medical displays, medical imaging equipment, radiology solutions, surgical visualization systems, PACS, healthcare IT, or related products.
Existing relationships within medical device manufacturers, healthcare providers, imaging centers, or distribution channels.
Experience working with OEM or customized solution projects.
