Job Description
Role Overview
We are hiring an Orthopedic Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined Colorado territory. This role requires strong operating room presence, surgeon relationship management, and the ability to independently drive revenue across hospital and ASC accounts.
This position is ideal for a proven orthopedic rep or a clinically experienced sales professional comfortable supporting cases and managing a full territory.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, PAs, residents, OR staff, and administrators
Provide in-OR case coverage, product setup, and real-time troubleshooting
Execute territory business plans to meet or exceed sales targets
Identify and develop new accounts and procedure opportunities
Conduct product demos, in-services, and educational trainings
Manage inventory, loaners, and consignment as required
Navigate hospital value analysis, purchasing, and credentialing processes
Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline tracking, and forecasting
Product Focus
Orthopedic implants and instrumentation
Sports medicine products
Trauma, joints, extremities, and/or biologics (based on assignment)
Qualifications
2+ years of orthopedic or medical device sales experience preferred
Operating room experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage a territory independently
Strong clinical understanding and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Colorado
Compensation
Base salary + commission or commission-only (structure based on experience)
Uncapped earning potential
Mileage reimbursement or car allowance
