Job Description

Regional Clinical Sales Specialist- Anesthesia Transform the science of pain. Build the market. Change patient care. Position type: 1099 Independent Contractor | Guaranteed hours: 80/month |Openings: Jacksonville, FL • Los Angeles, CA • Minneapolis, MN • Raleigh-Durham, NC. The Role This is a regional, field-based role for a clinically fluent, entrepreneurial sales professional who thrives in the operating room and wants real ownership in building a market. You will drive adoption of NOL monitoring by partnering with anesthesiologists, perioperative leadership, and hospital stakeholders, combining strategic account planning with hands-on clinical engagement. What You Will Do • Own and execute the regional commercial strategy for your territory, prioritizing high-impact health systems, academic centers, and community hospitals. • Lead clinical discussions with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and perioperative leaders, and translate physiologic data into clear, outcome-driven value. • Support product evaluations, pilots, and early adoption alongside clinical educators. • Build relationships across surgeons, nursing leadership, value analysis teams, and hospital administrators, and deliver tailored demonstrations to clinical, operational, and executive audiences. • Consistently achieve regional adoption and sales objectives, maintaining accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity tracking in CRM. • Represent Medasense at regional and national anesthesia and perioperative conferences, and feed field insights back to marketing and product.

Requirements

  • Proven medical device sales success, including selling into the operating room and/or acute-care environments.
  • A track record of launching or scaling new or disruptive medical technologies.
  • Strong understanding of anesthesia workflows and perioperative decision-making, with high autonomy and willingness to travel regionally.
